Orbital is built and supported by Timo Leisengang (The AppStudio). Questions, bugs, ideas — write to [email protected]. You will get an answer from the person who wrote the code, usually within one business day.

License help

• Lost your license key? It’s in your purchase confirmation email from Polar, our merchant of record — or email us and we’ll look it up.
• Moving to a new Mac? Open Orbital’s menu bar → License… and deactivate the old Mac; your license covers two Macs at a time.
• Refunds are handled by Polar per our terms — but email us first; we’d rather fix the problem.

Updates

Orbital updates itself (menu bar → Check for Updates…). The current version is always at direct download, and every release is signed and notarized.
