These terms cover the use of the Orbital app for macOS, published by Timo Leisengang (The AppStudio).

Trial

Orbital includes a free 7-day trial with every feature enabled and no payment details required. The trial starts when you first activate it inside the app. When it ends, the app locks until a license is entered; your settings and data remain untouched on your Mac.

License

• One purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for Orbital 1.x, including all 1.x updates.
• The license may be active on up to two Macs at a time. You can deactivate a Mac in the app’s license window to move to another.
• Reselling, sharing, or publishing license keys is not permitted and may lead to key deactivation.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their terms of sale apply to the transaction. Statutory consumer rights, including EU withdrawal rights, remain unaffected. If something isn’t working, write to [email protected] — we would rather fix the problem than argue about a refund.

Software, warranty, and liability

Orbital is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and to foreseeable, typical damages in case of a breach of essential contractual duties. Mandatory statutory liability (including under the German Product Liability Act and for injury to life, body, or health) remains unaffected.

Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.
